We’re building a crew of people who know their craft and are done playing corporate theater. If you’re a DevOps engineer, a platform architect, a CI/CD magician, or someone who’s migrated K8s clusters with gritted teeth but without Slack panic attacks, drop us a line.

If you’re sick of calls that could’ve been a perl/sed/awk one-liner or a simple git diff on a README, of KPIs that have nothing to do with reality, and of frustrated bosses giving opinions without even knowing what a merge conflict is — yet micro-managing your tasks worse than an SC2 or LoL player — then you’ve clearly come to the right place.

A good leader doesn’t show off. They look for people smarter than themselves and have the guts to say: no idea, but let’s figure out how the hell we do this. We don’t have all the answers and we don’t pretend otherwise. We fall, we get up, we learn, and we move forward — together.

• No fake bosses. The ones 'running' the company also write Terraform and break pipelines at 3 AM. On a project, you feel teammates next to you — not someone tracking you with an Excel sheet. We don’t believe in dog-eat-dog, we’ve got each other’s backs.

• No climbing over corpses. No office intrigue, no ego contests. Just good people who deliver.

We’re not building for people eager to crawl under yet another pompous-titled boss. We’re here for those one drop away from quitting and screaming in the woods. For those who asked for a raise just to stay in the country and were told 'no budget,' while reporting to 4 levels of management — plus a dotted-line, cross-business nonsense report, just to make it perfectly absurd.

Sooner we get to it, the sooner we get through it

We care about how we work together, not just what we deliver. Here, conflicts are tackled head-on, not swept under the rug. Collaboration that’s clear, efficient, human. The sooner we dive into the hard talks, the sooner we get out of the fog.

And when conflicts show up (because they always do when you work shoulder to shoulder), we sometimes call in outside mediators. Not to polish the boss’s image, but to fix what broke — relationships, processes, trust. Just like in a couple, without real arguments and real repair, nothing solid gets built.

And yes, we swear sometimes. Not out of rudeness, but out of honesty. Around here, there’s no LinkedIn-speak, no passive-aggressive smiles, no political correctness dialed to absurd.

It’s about time.

It’s about time we stop glorifying burnout. Time to work with people, not job titles. Time to build something that doesn’t drain your soul.
